"Best Dealership Experience I have ever had! I had shopped all over Kansas City before a friend told me to try Metro Ford. I checked their website to make sure they had what I wanted. I was impressed with all of the pictures and info available and when I called to speak with someone in person, they were so quick to answer any and all questions I had with no pressure. I set an appointment and when I stopped in they were so friendly and knowledgeable. They had the vehicle I wanted ready to go and in only a few minutes had my car appraised and showed me the best figures I had seen ( and as I said, I had shopped around) again with NO PRESSURE! They gave me a price quote for the repair in only a few minutes and even gave me the option of a ride home. When my car was finished, they picked me up and brought me in to pick it up. They even went over the bill with me and showed me where they were able to save me a little more than first quoted! Top Notch service for sure!"
